Friends, I want to share a little secret with you.
NO ONE goes to the grocery store at 8am on a Sunday morning. I repeat, no one.
At least this is the case with Trader Joe’s. TJ’s is known for crazy long lines. I can’t really complain about that because I think it’s great many people are embracing TJ’s and their uber-cool products. However, I tend to get easily annoyed with a lot of people in a small place.
Enter my experiment to find the best time to grocery stop. Mission accomplished: Sunday mornings.
So there you have it, folks. The best time to get groceries: Sunday mornings.

-Read a book: when it’s storming outside
-Practice yoga: in the morning as a great energizer
-Eat ice cream: any minute of the day
-Drink wine: any minute of the day

Another great time for grocery shopping is laaaate at night. Like 1am late. The aisles are empty!
OK, i truly have to agree with you here… I live in Boston but TJs here seems to operate under the same laws of physics. Early a.m. is the BEST time to grocery shop *and* go to Target. In and out!
